GF EXTRUDER TYPE GF-EX135DF

Extruder type GF-EX135DF is capable to offer one gum rope of one color with capacity of up to 400kg/hour for gum or chewy candy production.  This machine is equipped with advanced electrical control system and mechanical conveying structure. It can feed rope sizer continuously.

MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION

The extruder is equipped with one barrel with two F 140 infeed rollers and two F 135 extrusion screws attached.

There’s a hopper on top of the barrel. Various forming dies are properly designed as requested, correspond to different shapes of product.

The extruder is equipped with two individual heating units. Heating or cooling of the barrels is controlled respectively by two water tanks via two thermo-regulators with digital display. Automatic adjustment starts when temperature has been set. The set temperature and the actual temperature are shown on the display.

The gearboxes are also installed on the extruder. Each unit includes gears gone through thermal procession. All axles are fixed on a ball bearing. The gears and the bearings run in an oil bath. The hydraulic reservoir is filled with special oil resistant to high-pressure. An electronic over-pressure protection device is fitted in each barrel accurately controlled by a microprocessor.

ELECTRIC APPLIANCES

One A.C. frequency converter together with main driving motors are introduced to infinitely adjust the extrusion speed.

Each set of extrusion screws is assigned with a variator to regulate the ratio depending on various raw materials to be extruded. “Speed Up or Down” Operation is achieved by a variator when the ratio has been fixed.

The extruder is equipped with two thermo-regulators with temperature display. All electric components and adjustment device are positioned at eye’s level. All contactors, relays and fuses are installed in the control cabinet.

GF ROPE SIZER TYPE GF-RS500DF

Designed to take the gum/chewy rope to the right size in order to properly feed the forming machine.

Construction and main characteristics:

Frame made of solid iron construction painted in RAL 9003.

A cross section rope control device with four sizing rollers. Speed adjustment through handwheel.

4 pairs of horizontal sizing rollers. Speed adjustment through automatic control.

Rollers adjustment through a handwheel placed under each pair.

GF DIE FORMING MACHINE TYPE GF-FM500DF

Designed to produce medium quality of perfectly formed filled gum or chewy. Adjustable rope running speed through a potentiometer.

Construction and main characteristics:

Main frame made of solid iron construction painted in RAL 9003. U-shaped end shield. Opening/closing mechanism by handwheel. This shield is to grant machine stability and to support the die.

A pair of sizing rollers for sugar rope checking.

Exchangeable rollers whose distance can be adjusted by acting on an eccentric.

Forming cams and rollers made of low wearing, hardened materials.

EQUIPPPED WITH THE ROTARY PRESSURE CAMS SYSTEM (patented): This system is fitted to form in a gradual way, reduce wear and friction on die plungers as well as to decrease the noise level.

GF DISTRIBUTOR TYPE GF-DS500DF

Designed to carry and lay candy on the cooling tunnel. Independent unit positioned to onto a pedestal. Made of iron sheets. Stainless steel wire mesh. Drive: HP 1 – KW0.7.

GF COOLING TUNNEL TYPE GF-CL500DF

This machine is designed to cool down jam-filled gum or chewy candy ropes after die forming process.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

GF Cooling Tunnel is optimized by George Food Machinery Ltd based on the advanced European technology. Refrigeration units and circulation device are adopted to achieve constant temperature and humidity in the cooling tunnel, in which the gum or candy ropes are transported smoothly by 3 conveyor belts with infinite adjustment.

MAIN CONSTRUCTION

1.Transportation

Running speed of the conveyor belts is infinitely adjustable by frequency transducer. Inside the tunnel, there are three stainless conveying belts circulating gum/candy ropes.

2.Support

The structure is welded strongly. Insulation walls around the tunnel is surrounded by import slabs of rolled sheet steel filled with foamed insulating stuffing. Two doors with two layers of glass stands in the front and at the rear side of the tunnel for the observation of interior running status.

3.Air Circulation

The air condenser in the tunnel is driven to do cooling work by an exterior refrigeration unit to reach the required temperature. Drain pipes are fitted under the condenser.

4.Electric Control

By means of electric control panel, it is easy to watch, shift and set conveying speed, temperature and refrigerator performance status. The whole set of electronic system has overheating and overflowing protection, which is controlled by PLC. All components are safely locked inside the electrical cabinet.

5.Refrigeration features

Adopt half-closed compressor group, cooled down by water, R22 refrigerating fluid, high/low pressure control, refrigeration water pressure at 0.2MPa, water flowing rate at 10m3/h, water temperature lower than 30℃.
